Virtual Care Hours

A Moore Better Me Behavioral Health provides virtual mental health services to clients across all states in which our providers are licensed. Our telehealth model allows you to access quality care from the comfort and privacy of your own home, office, or other secure location.

Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST

As a fully virtual practice, we do not offer in-person appointments at this time. Please note that individual provider availability may vary, including evening or alternative appointment times.
