As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I believe that each person has the capacity to heal and grow, and I am committed to providing a safe and supportive environment for my clients to explore their challenges and develop effective coping mechanisms.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I use a variety of therapy methods, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT). These methods help clients learn how to deal with challenges and make lasting changes.

What you can expect from our first session

I can't wait to meet you and start working with you. In our first session, we'll get to know each other and talk about what you want to get out of therapy. I'll do my best to create a safe and welcoming space where you feel comfortable sharing and being vulnerable. Then, in the sessions that follow, we'll work together to make your goals a reality.
