This call allows you to:

• Share what brings you to therapy
   
• Ask questions about our approach
   
• Review insurance or payment options
   
• Determine if we are a good clinical fit
   

There is no cost or obligation to move forward.

 We accept Medicare, Medicaid, and select commercial insurance plans, depending on provider credentialing and state of service. Insurance coverage varies by plan, so we encourage clients to verify:

• Deductible status 
• Copay or coinsurance amount 
• Authorization requirements 
• Session limits 

As a courtesy, we verify benefits prior to your first appointment; however, clients remain responsible for understanding their coverage and any balance not paid by insurance.

If we are out-of-network with your plan, we can provide a superbill upon request for potential reimbursement.

We believe financial circumstances should not be a barrier to care. A limited number of sliding-scale appointments are available for eligible clients based on financial need and provider availability.

Eligibility is determined during consultation and may require brief financial information to ensure equitable distribution of reduced-fee spots.
